What data we process and how we collect it
This website does not automatically collect personal data. In particular:
- We do not use profiling or tracking cookies
- We do not use traffic analysis tools (Google Analytics or similar)
- We do not use fonts or resources loaded from third-party servers
- There are no online contact forms
The only personal data we may process is data that the data subject provides voluntarily and spontaneously through the contact details indicated on this page (phone, fax, email).
Purposes and legal basis for processing
Data provided voluntarily (e.g. name, contact details, message content) is processed exclusively for:
- Responding to information requests — legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Managing commercial and contractual relationships — legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using electronic and paper tools, in compliance with the security measures required by the GDPR. It is not transferred to third parties or used for purposes other than those indicated.
Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case within the limitation periods provided for by Italian law.
Communication and disclosure of data
Personal data is not communicated to third parties or disclosed, except where required by law or strictly necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. consultants, professionals, banking institutions).
Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
